Philippines joins IBM social business customer support centers in North America, Dublin, Japan, China, India and Brazil IBM sees social media morphing into key requirement for social business TECH behemoth IBM has introduced it is creating a “good sized investment” to set up a “Level 2” software customer support center within the Philippines inside the fourth quarter of 2012 to support growing call for for social commercial enterprise solutions globally. IBM said it will open a “social enterprise” customer support center to be positioned on the UP-Ayala Techno Hub in Quezon City to serve IBM’s North America marketplace. The IBM software funding, with a purpose to be operational in January 2013, helps the fast worldwide adoption of social enterprise equipment.
