Cisco announces IoT ‘grand challenge’ for startups

  • Aims to realize, sell and accelerate adoption of breakthrough technology
  • Winners to be decided on at IoT meet in Oct; 3 get to percentage US$250K in prize cash

CISCO Inc has introduced the Internet of Things Innovation Grand Challenge for startup organizations, a worldwide open competition that objectives to recognize, sell and accelerate the adoption of step forward technologies and products.
 
Through the Internet of Things Innovation Grand Challenge, Cisco seeks to encourage and help the next technology of marketers and startups which can be developing technologies in regions of programs, analytics, management and connectivity, the agency stated in a statement.
 
Submissions could be normal from now till July 1 at www.cisco.com/pass/iotchallenge with the winners of the competition selected in the course of 2014 Internet of Things World Forum in Chicago.

The 2014 Internet of Things World Forum could be taking region in Chicago, Oct 14-16, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
