THE Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) has announced a partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) Global Startup Labs and the Entrepreneurship unit inside the Ministry of Education, to introduce Global Startup Labs Malaysia 2014.
