THE Philippines Government, thru the Information and Communications Technology Office of Department of Science and Technology (DOST-ICTO), is ready to introduce a new ICT flagship software that is focused on some vital industries.
Called ‘Smarter Philippines,’ the initiative seeks to use ICT as a tool to expand precedence sectors within the us of a.
